The goods will be sent to the delivery address filled in the corresponding form by the buyer. Previously, the buyer will be provided with an estimate of the cost of the shipment, which he will have to pay.
The estimated delivery time to addresses in Spain (except Balearic and Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla) will be 2 to 5 working days, in the rest of the European Union countries from 5 to 7 days and for shipments to the USA it will be 7 to 15 working days. These times are service estimates not linked to specific delivery times. For international shipments outside the European Union and the USA, an estimate of the transport cost will be made and a quote will be sent to the buyer if desired.
Alternatively, the client may use their own transport company to pickup the work from the gallery premises provided that they provide the relevant shipping records evidencing the export of the work.
All costs arising from an export such as customs clearance charges, fees and/or local taxes are borne by the buyer. The gallery guarantees the perfect condition of the works at the time of pickup from its premises, where they are checked for their state of preservation before being packed with professional protection standards and sent through reference transport companies or transport companies specializing in art. If the stipulated delivery periods have elapsed without the goods having been delivered to the buyer, and there is no reported incident, the buyer must notify the gallery by e-mail (aurora@vigilescalera.gallery) of this situation without delay within a reasonable period of time.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to check the status of the order received at the time of delivery and to make any claims he deems appropriate within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Once this period has elapsed, the gallery will not be responsible for any possible incidents. Once the product has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
